Knipsers Halbstück - wine tavern
The elaborately renovated, historically-protected Baroque building is located right on the main road of Bissersheim. Excellent regional cuisine and wines from our own winery or a "Tegernseer" fresh from the tap are served here. Wine tastings in the cross vault as well as the wine shop are a special experience.
The wine menu is superb. Almost all the wines of the Knipser family are served by the glass. Many small treats such as the incomparable ham of the Herrmannsdorfer Landwerkstätten and a tasty piece of bread are served along with the wine. On the weekend, there is a high demand, so reservations are necessary.
